FrontEnd Developer Role - LATAM REMOTE
Description
Expert in the field, can design, propose, build and deploy complex applications that
offer the best user experience while being efficient and using computing resources wisely.
Highly autonomous profile, not only needs to deliver the tasks to his team but at the same time be part of architecture meetings and decisions.
Not fully Architect but needs to have enough experience to alert design flaws and potential issues.
Enforce good practices, PR reviews and monitor closely the team

Real time / websockets
UX / UI minimum common sense
Typical FE integrations (Analytics, Heap, etc)
Specific skills for the required seniority
Architecture
Performance optimization
WebAPIs (IndexedDB among others)
CSS modules and raw knowledge
Metrics (TTI, FID, TBT, CLS, FCP)
Modularization and library / SDK creation.
Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred)
